Priced per site, not per seat

Workers report from a QR code without an account, so a crew of 25 costs the same as a crew of 5. Every plan has unlimited users; you pay for the number of sites and for certified OSHA records.

What 25 people cost, per site or per seat

Many incident reporting apps charge for every person who files a report. At the list prices we checked on October 13, 2026, 25 people cost $400 a month on Safesite ($16 per member) and $725 on Mitti, formerly SafetyCulture ($29 per seat, billed monthly).

IncidentLog Pro is $49 a month for the site, whatever the headcount. Other flat-priced tools cost less, like Connecteam ($35 for the first 30 users) or Jotform ($39 for one account), but neither keeps an OSHA 300 log.

The sources and the other tools are in the 7 best incident reporting software, compared.

Incident reporting software cost for a 25-person crew: IncidentLog $49, Connecteam $35, Jotform $39, Safesite $400, Mitti $725

Pricing questions

What counts as a site?
A site is one workplace: a job site, a warehouse, a store or an office. Each site gets its own QR code poster and its own OSHA 300 log for the year, because OSHA expects a separate log for each establishment (29 CFR 1904.30). Free and Pro cover one site, Business up to five; for more than five, contact us.
What happens after 3 reports a month on the Free plan?
Nothing is turned away: every report your crew files is saved. Injuries, illnesses, OSHA-recordable cases and anything rated high or critical stay visible on every plan. Only a low- or medium-severity near miss or property damage report filed over the limit is locked, until you upgrade to Pro or unlock that one report for $12. The count restarts each month.
Do workers need an account or a paid seat?
No. Workers report from the site's QR code in their phone's browser, in English or Spanish, with no app and no login, so they never count as seats. Every plan also includes unlimited users for the people who review reports in the dashboard: owners, admins and managers.
What is the difference between watermarked and certified PDFs?
On Free, the report PDFs, the OSHA 300 log and the 300A carry an "Uncertified" watermark. Pro and Business export them without it and add the CSV file for OSHA's Injury Tracking Application, used to e-file the 300A. OSHA accepts records kept on a computer when they print equivalent forms (29 CFR 1904.29(b)(5)); IncidentLog is not certified or endorsed by OSHA.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my reports?
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in Settings. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. No report is deleted: Free shows the last 30 days, and upgrading again brings the full history back. OSHA requires you to keep the 300 log, 300A and 301 for five years after the year they cover (29 CFR 1904.33).
How much does annual billing save?
Two months. Pro is $490 a year instead of $588 (12 times $49), or $40.83 a month, and Business is $890 a year instead of $1,068, or $74.17 a month. Prices are in US dollars.
