Terms of Service

Effective date: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IncidentLog (the "Service"), operated by IncidentLog ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IncidentLog lets organizations create, sign, and archive workplace incident and safety reports, generate PDF exports, and manage an incident log. Some features (e.g. OSHA 301-formatted export) are provided as a convenience and do not constitute legal or compliance advice.

2. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each account belongs to an organization; the organization owner is responsible for managing team members and their access. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the incident reports, photos, signatures, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to submit any Customer Content, including the personal information of people involved in or witnessing an incident.

If your organization files reports involving minors (for example, a daycare or school incident), you confirm you have the appropriate authority and legal basis to submit that information, and that doing so complies with applicable law.

4. Plans and billing

Free, Pro, and Business plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the Service to submit false, fraudulent, or defamatory reports.
  • Don't attempt to access another organization's data.
  • Don't interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

6. Availability and no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated reports or exports meet every regulatory requirement applicable to your business; you remain responsible for your own legal and compliance obligations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
